House Rules

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and follow our house rules below.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: After ___ PM

  • Check-out: Before ___ AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and possible extra charges).

  • Guests must provide valid identification during check-in if required.


2. Guest Registration

  • Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

  • Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from management.

  • The maximum occupancy limit must be respected at all times.


3. Noise & Respect for Neighbors

  • Please keep noise levels low, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

  • No parties, events, or loud music are allowed inside the property.

  • Guests should respect neighbors and the surrounding community.


4. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or apartments.

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

  • A cleaning fee may be charged if smoking occurs indoors.


5. Cleanliness & Property Care

  • Guests are expected to keep the space reasonably clean during their stay.

  • Please dispose of trash properly.

  • Do not move furniture without permission.

  • Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.


6. Safety & Security

  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

  • The management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.


7. Appliances & Utilities

  • Turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electrical appliances when not in use.

  • Do not overload electrical sockets.

  • Any misuse resulting in damage may incur repair costs.


8. Pets Policy

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pets and any damages caused.


9. Children

  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for any damages caused by children.


10. Housekeeping

  • Cleaning services may be provided depending on the length of stay.

  • Additional cleaning can be requested at an extra cost.

  • Fresh linens and towels are provided at check-in.


11. Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Weapons or dangerous materials

  • Excessive alcohol consumption leading to disturbance

  • Any activity that violates local laws

Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.


12. Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

  • Management reserves the right to charge the security deposit if applicable.


13. Parking

  • Parking is available for registered guests only.

  • Management is not responsible for vehicle damage or theft.


14. Agreement to Rules

By confirming a booking and staying at the property, guests agree to follow all house rules listed above.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Additional charges

  • Cancellation of reservation

  • Removal from the property without refund
